The business world is changing rapidly – organizations face a multitude of “gaps” which hinder them from truly excelling and staying competitive. These gaps are mostly related to people – mindset, skills, generational, cultural and departmental gaps. With our understanding that such gaps exist, we are here to help client organizations achieve their goals by identifying, addressing and eventually bridging such shortfalls through management training and coaching to enable leaders and organization to reach their true potential. Chorev has been working with companies from a variety of industries to bridge these gaps over a number of years.
What does Chorev mean?
This is based on the incident when the Israelites were in the wilderness without water. Moses, as a leader, was upon the rock at Chorev where he struck the rock and obtained drinking water from the cracking rock to nourish the people. Inspired by this, we strive to develop more leaders like Moses who uses out-of-the box ways to nourish and lead his followers.

A company can only thrive with the right corporate infrastructure & structure (hardware), competent talent (software), and positive culture & organization values (heartware). Chorev strives to understand our clients’ hardware so that relevant and effective corporate training programs can be proposed to equip people with the needed software (skills) and heartware (mindset and value conviction).
Authentic leadership is our core value. We believe everyone can be coached into becoming a better leader. We encourage people to embrace their strengths and shortcomings through discovering their own leadership style based on their inborn, unique gifts from the Creator. In our management training workshop, they can then develop an appreciative mindset to recognize others’ capabilities to form effective teams.

This is how we are doing it…
Management training programs and coaching – leadership and talent development is a continuous-improvement process. We combine up-to-date leadership theories, experiential learning methods with hands-on management experience sharing to inspire people to become better leaders. Our management training workshops include Western research findings with relevant local applications. The trainers are also experienced coaches who can help people recognize and fully utilize their potential on a personal level. Participants generally enjoy our workshops as they feel emotionally connected with the facilitators.
