Kenneth is a passionate leadership facilitator and ICF certified performance coach. He is the former Hong Kong office head of an international NGO which specializes in providing capacity building services to local NGOs around the world. As the founding director of the Hong Kong office, he was involved with staff recruitment & supervision, fundraising, project development & delivery and office administration responsibilities. Kenneth has also gained solid and diverse management experiences through his work at DHL, World Vision and Works Departments of the HKSAR Government.
Training and Coaching Experiences:
Over the past 8 years, Kenneth has offered training services for different clients in Hong Kong, China and overseas. He is most passionate in delivering topics on effective communications, Emotional Intelligence, coaching-style leadership, multi-generational collaboration, design thinking and career planning. Meanwhile, Kenneth has provided coaching to over 100 executives, managers, professionals, and entrepreneurs of various industry backgrounds. He is especially committed in helping the Millennials to unleash their potentials and live a successful professional and personal life.

Education & Professional Accreditations:
Kenneth graduated from Stanford University, USA with a Master’s degree in Management Science. He also got a Master’s degree in Theology and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Kenneth has been a ICF Associate Certified Coach since 2016. He is one of the handful certified coaches in Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ) in Asia. In addition, he is a certified practitioner on EQ-i 2.0/ 360®, Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile®, Career Direct® and Personality-ID®.
