Abbey Chow


Fascinated by how Growth Mindset can transform leaders, Abbey strives to apply its practices to improve communication and change management.  Her unique blend of experience gained from the commercial, government and NGO sectors allows her to understand the importance of linking mindset to drive tangible behavioural change.  She is also eloquent in knowing how best to present messages with the right tone and mindset due to her involvement in the Disney Culture Representative Programme and her work in the hospitality field in Florida and later in HK Disneyworld, where she handled client services and complaints. Subsequently, she joined Hutchison Whompao and the Antiquities and Monument Office of the Hong Kong Government, focusing on project management in Hong Kong and Mainland China. She is a certified coach for EQi2.0/360.
