Being the Deputy Executive Director of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong, she led the marketing and Fundraising as well as social enterprise and administration teams to deliver impactful corporate social responsibility and art programmes in the community. King-lam began her career as a journalist, receiving the Human Rights News Awards 2002 (1st prize) from the Amnesty HK and Hong Kong Journalists Association, among other honours.
Ms. Liang strongly believes in understanding different cultures, personalities or working styles can enhance trust which proves to impact overall team performance. With tremendous experience in designing and facilitating workshops with a strong experiential element, her workshop participants always gain insights on new mindset and skills in working with others. She was previously the head of a global communications consultancy in the Hong Kong office, which required her to navigate various group’s sentiments to reach consensus. In addition, she is a frequent speaker at chambers of commerce on various topics, such as trust building conversations, coaching leader and resilience. Mike has rich experience in service management, project management, talent management and leadership & communication training.
